Item is pristine Yellow spot is from camera reflection. Unbelievable vintage Hershey a memorabilia. Metal retaining collar holds porcelain pot inside warmer and removal for easy cleaning. I cannot find another one, let alone this excellent vintage condition. Hershey Label affixed with rivets. Rubber plugs gave way to plastic plugs 1930 ish so my best guess is that this piece dates from that period. Vintage instructions on bottom. Works with 110V AC OR DC according to instructions!
